The Shasvastii are the Combined Army’s hounds, explorers and trackers. They are a race marked by tragedy of their home system’s destruction and the near-extermination of their civilization due to a cosmic cataclysm, ready and able to do whatever is necessary to guarantee their survival. The Shasvastii army works to a criterion of lightness and mobility, disdaining super-heavy combat units. Shasvastii strategists are cunning, wicked, and unscrupulous. Their martial philosophy is the following: “The maximum terror in the minimum time, applied to a small number of select targets.”
